College can be a scary thing, especially when your deciding where to go. For artists, its also a crucial factor in their career to pick the right school. The Minors a college has is just as important as its majors. Just because a college has your major doesn’t mean its a set choice. Minors are important because they supplement you major in your career and may allow your to specialize in something else. If you’re looking into something like photography, you may want to minor in something like journalism so that you can have photo-journalism as a fall back career. If your major is graphic design, you should look into minor in business or something so you have all the skills you will ever need.

Dont allow picking a college overwhelm you. Once its over and you’re in college, it is totally worth it. But that is the important word, work. In order to have the ultimate experience, you have to work for it. You shouldnt have too much trouble as long as you research the colleges youre looking at.
